Minchew and Company represents the 3rd Generation of Minchew Builders in Atlanta. Combining over 40 years of construction expertise with new innovations, the Minchew name has always stood for integrity. Steve, Craig, and Michael are committed to continuing in that tradition.
What started as new home construction over 40 years ago has evolved into custom remodeling, home maintenance, and Aging In Place specialists (soon to come). We believe that integrated communication between homeowners and the builder can help create that special place that is uniquely yours.

Minchew and company have been working on our home for over 30 years. They have replaced siding, updated two bathrooms, replaced ceiling with board and batton, installed oak and Cherry mantles, replaced cooktop and hood vents, built trellis on porch and repaired deck, and have replaced over 22 windows and doors. We greatly enjoyed working with Steve on our den and screened in porch projects! The team was always very professional, including the subcontractors Steve hired. They always showed up on time and cleaned up before leaving each day. We also appreciated all of their insight when deciding which style of windows to order, trim to install, and other design ideas. Steve's team was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! We definitely plan to use Steve's team for any future renovations on our home!
